Everyone feels low or down from time to time. It does not always mean something is wrong. It is important to know that experiencing low mood
is normal. You can try to rid these emotions
- Explore nature by visiting your local park or green space.
- Talk to someone about your worries.
- Take 25 minutes for yourself to do something you enjoy.
- Limit screen time to rest your eyes and brain.
- Create a self-soothe box with comforting items

Symptoms:
Often, people experiencing the occasional and normal blues have resurfacing emotions which may include:
- General sadness
- Feeling low / moody
- Anxiety
- Untalkative
- Shy
- Tiredness
If someone you know is struggling with some relating symptoms, it is best to ask them if they want to talk about it with you if you are both comfortable for general support and comforting.
